Cancellation Policy

By booking a session with Altitude Advantage Performance Coaching (“AAPC”), you agree to the following policies: Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a paid session. Notice must be given by phone, text, or email to be considered valid. Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, without reasonable cause (such as illness, injury, or family emergency), will result in the client being charged 50% of the session fee or the session being reduced to half its scheduled length, at AAPC’s discretion. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-call, no-show”) will result in the forfeiture of the session and no refund will be issued, unless the client provides a reasonable excuse that AAPC deems acceptable. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule sessions without penalty and as often as needed, unless otherwise specified in writing. AAPC reserves the right to limit excessive rescheduling if it interferes with service availability. Emergencies: Exceptions to the above policies will be made in cases of verified emergencies (e.g., illness, injury, or death in the family). AAPC reserves the right to determine what qualifies as an emergency. Consultations: Complimentary 15-minute consultations are fully flexible and may be rescheduled or canceled at any time. Provider Rights: AAPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate sessions at its discretion if client behavior, safety concerns, or program alignment warrant it.
