SIX PILLARS
These six pillars form the foundation of our ascent.
Each one reflects the climb from self-awareness to legacy, guiding every step we take in coaching, leadership, and life.
1. Sacred Movement
“Every move echoes into something greater—make it count.”
Sacred Movement is the belief that how we move—on the field, in business, in life—is more than mechanical. Every action carries weight. Every behavior reflects purpose. When we move with integrity over urgency, we enter alignment with something larger than ourselves: flow, rhythm, intention, spirit.
This principle is rooted in the idea that movement is a reflection of the mind-body-spirit connection. It draws from biomechanics, spirituality, and timeless performance psychology—woven together into a single truth: Movement is not just a means to an end. It’s a mirror of who you are becoming.
We believe in:
-
Intuition over impulse
-
Technique driven by awareness
-
Pacing that reflects purpose—not pressure
2. Forever a Student
“There is no final form. If you stop learning, you stop leading.”
Forever a Student is the mindset that no matter how far you've come—there is always more to learn. Growth isn’t something you outgrow. It’s a discipline, a humility, and a willingness to let go of what’s comfortable in order to reach what's possible.
This value is grounded in the belief that curiosity fuels excellence. Athletes, coaches, and leaders in our system are expected to keep learning—through experience, through reflection, through failure, and through each other.
We don’t worship titles. We train minds. We don’t perform for validation. We evolve for purpose.
We believe in:
-
Curiosity over certainty
-
Progress over perfection
-
Humility as a strength, not a sacrifice
Learning is not a phase in our process—it is the process. When ego fades, growth begins.
3. Lead for Legacy
“Our legacy creates ripples—felt by those we’ll never meet."
Lead for Legacy means every choice—on the field, in the weight room, in leadership, or in business—is made with future generations in mind. We don’t chase trophies; we build traditions. Every system we design, every rep we coach, and every habit we reinforce is part of a culture that outlasts us.
Legacy is not personal achievement, but the transmission of wisdom, rhythm, and culture. We see coaching as inheritance. We see leadership as ancestry. And we honor the sacrifices, breakthroughs, and rituals of those who came before by becoming better ancestors ourselves.
Every system we build, every habit we reinforce, is designed to outlive us. We lead with the future in mind—serving athletes we may never meet, in cultures we’ll never control, through values that won’t wear out.
We believe in:
-
Culture over clout
-
Systems that last over quick wins
-
Legacy built through behavior, not branding
4. Integrated Health
“You’re not a machine. And we’ll never coach you like one.”
We don’t just train athletes—we support human beings. Every person who steps into our system brings more than a stat line: they bring a mind that thinks, a body that moves, and a spirit that seeks meaning. Our coaching reflects that.
We address mental health, physical resilience, and the deeper sense of why—a connection to purpose, people, and community. Because when athletes feel seen and supported as full humans, they not only perform better—they grow into leaders, teammates, and fulfilled individuals.
Athletes are not robots. They don’t function well on command, they break under constant output, and they require rest and recalibration. Treating them like machines—plug and play, input and output—has only led to burnout, injury, and disconnection.
The best coaches don’t separate the body from the brain or the player from the person. They understand the athlete as a whole system—thoughts, emotions, values, physiology, and all. We believe in coaching that adapts to the human in front of us, not just the role they play. That includes:
-
Making space for mental health alongside strength training
-
Embracing identity beyond sport
-
Valuing rest, recovery, and reflection
-
Creating inclusive, empowering environments
We coach the whole human, because that’s where sustainable performance—and lifelong impact—actually begins.
5. Decentralized Strength
"We rise by lifting others—and teaching them to rise, too."
Decentralized Strength is the belief that power is not meant to be hoarded—it’s meant to be multiplied. Every coach in our system should be developing other coaches. Every athlete should be empowered to lead their peers, not just follow orders. We don't train followers—we grow leaders who lead with integrity, purpose, and clarity.
Leadership is broken into three levels:
-
Self-leadership: Owning your habits, mindset, and choices—especially when no one’s watching.
-
Team leadership: Elevating those around you by example, communication, and consistency.
-
Cultural leadership: Creating systems and traditions that outlast you, shaping the values and behaviors of future generations .
True strength is about contribution. Our systems are designed to create ripple effects, where each individual becomes a source of guidance and stability for others. This is how movements grow: not through centralized dominance, but through shared capacity and aligned vision.
We believe in:
-
Clarity over charisma—leadership isn’t about personality, it’s about purpose.
-
Responsibility over hierarchy—you don’t need a title to lead.
-
Legacy over loyalty—empower others to grow beyond you.
We don’t just coach for strength. We coach for sustainability.
The strongest systems are the ones that can stand without us—and keep building even higher.
6. healthy Compeititon
“The opponent is not my enemy, but my teacher.”
We recognize that true growth is forged in challenge. As our mission expands, others will inevitably step into the same space with their own vision and their own communities. That is not a threat to what we do — it is proof that the message has value. Their striving sharpens our resolve, and their presence calls us to rise higher.
Healthy competition ensures that our impact reaches farther than we could on our own. Iron sharpens iron, and rivals sharpen greatness. When new leaders and organizations begin carrying similar messages, the spirit of our mission echoes more powerfully than if we were to stand alone.
We know the day will come when many will be pushing for the same opportunities — even something as simple yet symbolic as leading a morning exercise class at Red Rocks. That shared pursuit does not diminish us. Instead, it proves that the vision we hold has inspired others to believe in it as well.
In this arena, we may not directly lift our competitors, but we will respect them. We will treat them as opponents worthy of challenge, not as enemies to be defeated. Their presence keeps us sharp, keeps us accountable, and keeps us striving for more.
In every challenge, we find new strength, new clarity, and new reasons to keep running the race with honor. The race is not to destroy, but to rise together. Competition is not about tearing others down — it is about lifting ourselves higher, honoring the struggle, and allowing the vision to spread farther than we could ever carry it alone.
