Advancement in the RISE Program
Advancement in the RISE Program follows a values-driven pathway through four distinct tiers: Catalyst, Facilitator, Ambassador, and Legacy. Athletes and coaches rise by demonstrating commitment to personal growth, team leadership, and community impact. Progression is earned through actions—mentorship, outreach, education, and lived example—not just accolades. Each tier reflects a deeper alignment with the mind-body-spirit philosophy of Altitude Advantage and unlocks new benefits, responsibilities, and recognition as you grow into a leader who not only performs, but uplifts others.
Catalyst
Catalysts are emerging leaders who commit to growth, show up with integrity, and take the first steps toward positive impact within their teams and communities.
Facilitator
Facilitators actively support others, lead by example, and begin to take on mentorship or service roles that elevate team culture and cohesion.
Ambassador
Ambassadors represent the values of Altitude Advantage publicly, contribute to workshops or outreach, and are trusted to coach, guide, or educate others under the RISE banner.
Legacy
Legacy members are elite-level leaders who have consistently demonstrated excellence, vision, and selfless service—and are recognized as torchbearers for the RISE movement.
