5. Fundraising Participation Terms

5.1 Parties

  • Organizer: Altitude Advantage Performance Coaching (AAPC).

  • Beneficiaries: Participating teams, clubs, or organizations.

5.2 Eligible Sales & Commission Structure

  • Books (Hardcover, Softcover, eBook): Teams earn 20% commission on each book sold under their referral code. The referral code must be used at checkout.

  • Coaching Sessions: Defined as any one-on-one, small group, or team session booked directly through AAPC, virtual or in-person. Teams earn 20% commission on each booked session tied to their code. Coaching sessions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and the appropriate need for coaching services.

  • Other Merchandise (bags, stickers, apparel, etc.): Teams earn 5% commission on sales tracked to their referral code.

  • Exclusions: Taxes, shipping, and any third-party fees do not count toward commission.

5.3 Payout Schedule

  • December 15–31: Covers sales from July 1 – December 15.

  • May 15–31: Covers sales from December 1 – May 15.

  • Payments will be issued via check, ACH transfer, or other mutually agreed method.

  • Payment dates may be adjusted with mutual agreement.

  • Teams must have a minimum of $50 earned to receive payout; balances under $50 will roll forward to the next payout cycle.

5.4 Bonus Rewards Disclaimer

  • Bonus rewards (including, but not limited to, promotional items, signed books, apparel, and promotional videos) are not guaranteed and are provided at the sole discretion of Altitude Advantage Performance Coaching (“AAPC”). All bonus rewards are subject to availability, resource limitations, and third-party partnerships.

  • For example, if a partner providing drone footage services is no longer able to fulfill that service, AAPC reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward of similar value or to forgo that specific reward without liability.

  • Bonus rewards are intended as goodwill incentives and do not constitute contractual obligations. Teams are guaranteed to receive only the cash back percentages specified in this agreement.

5.5 Affiliate & Network Leadership Program

  • Purpose:
The Affiliate & Network Leadership Program (“Referral Program”) allows current RISE teams and ambassadors to invite other teams, clubs, or organizations (“Referred Organizations”) to participate in the RISE Fundraising Program. The purpose is to expand access to performance education while rewarding collaboration and leadership, not to establish a multi-level or continuous-chain compensation model.

  • Eligibility:

  • Only active RISE Ambassadors or approved Facilitator-level teams may refer other organizations.

  • Each Referred Organization must be accepted into the RISE Program through the standard application process and will be permanently linked to its referring team (“Referring Team”) for tracking purposes.

  • Referral relationships are limited to one level (Referring Team → Referred Organization). No further commission is paid on organizations referred by the Referred Organization.

  • Referral Structure:

  • Upon approval, the Referred Organization receives a 5 % discount on eligible purchases and 10 % cash-back commission on its verified sales.

  • The Referring Team receives a 10 % referral commission on the Referred Organization’s verified post-discount sales.

  • Example: $2,000 in sales × 0.95 (after 5 % discount) = $1,900 eligible sales.
     – Referred Organization = $190 (10 %)
     – Referring Team = $190 (10 %)
     – AAPC retains $1,520 (before costs).

  • Commissions apply only to book and coaching sales unless otherwise specified.

  • Tier Advancement & Limitations:

  • If a Referred Organization advances to the Ambassador Tier, the dual 10 % referral commission ceases to apply.

  • AAPC may, at its discretion, recognize the original Referring Team through non-monetary leadership rewards, exclusive merchandise, or eligibility for Legacy Tier consideration.

  • No additional monetary commission will be paid beyond the first referral level to prevent pyramid or multi-level compensation structures.

  • Payout Schedule:
Referral commissions follow the same semiannual payout cycle as Section 5.3. Amounts below $50 roll forward to the next cycle.

  • Transparency & Adjustments:
AAPC maintains sole discretion to audit referral relationships, adjust percentages for sustainability, or discontinue the program with written notice. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
